Known for Japanese car, commercial vehicle and heavy truck manufacturing company, Isuzu Motors Ltd. was the world’s largest manufacturer of medium to heavy duty trucks. It has assembly and manufacturing plants in Fujisawa, and the prefectures of Tochigi and Hokkaido. In 2003, it was recorded that they produced 16 million diesel engines which can be found in vehicles all around the world.

In most part of Europe, Africa, and Asia Isuzu is well-known for truck of all sizes. They ever manufactured several kind of sedans and compact cars, but when their sales dropped drastically in the late 1990’s, they stopped the manufacturing for small automobiles.
