Dundee United FC is a professional football club located in the city of Dundee which played in the Scottish Premier League. They are also commonly referred as The Terrors and the supporters known as The Arabs, though the latter has been applied equally to the club in recent times by the sporting media, in favour of the former. 

Since October 2006, The Dundee United have been managed by Craig Levein suceeding the late Eddie Thompson which died in October 2008. Eddie was  the majority shareholder of Dundee United, whilst the supporters, under the guise of ArabTRUST, own the second largest shareholding. In 2005/06, Tannadice attracted an average attendance of 8,197,[4] the sixth-highest average in the SPL.
